Please join the JCT YPG and Devonshires Solicitors for an educational evening talk on recent JCT case law, followed by networking drinks. The team at Devonshires will present a variety of construction cases from 2024 to the present, with a focus on Providence Building Services Limited v Hexagon Housing Association Limited; a case that Devonshires, representing Hexagon, recently heard in the Supreme Court on 10 November 2025.
